Brianna is a member of the firm’s Business and Finance Department and skillfully represents a diverse set of clients. She aims to serve as a practical problem-solver on the unique issues faced by clients in today’s legal climate. In business and corporate matters, Brianna advises clients on the terms of contracts and agreements as well as licensing and sales agreements. She also reviews and prepares documentation for mergers, acquisitions, and asset purchases, and assists with corporate governance and entity formation.

Prior to attending law school, Brianna worked for several years in the communications industry, specifically advising clients on public relations issues and advocacy initiatives, representing them to the media and in the community. Before that, Brianna also developed her political and business communications acumen through her roles as a campaign communications director and project manager at a Pittsburgh-based creative agency, advising on campaigns, ballot initiatives, and other issues.

Brianna’s work experience ties to her talents in writing, communication, leadership, and exceptional client service skills. Brianna uses these talents to aid her in seeing her client’s issues from their perspective and using that stance to develop out-of-the-box solutions that garner trust and positive outcomes.
