Prior to joining Tucker Arensberg, Adam held a myriad of executive positions in various industries ranging from logistics to manufacturing to health information technology. Adam has negotiated, drafted, and executed domestic and international transportation, supply, and carrier agreements while managing global supply chain and customer service teams. He oversaw the operational execution of key contracts with well-established e-commerce vendors, including Amazon, resulting in maximum customer satisfaction and increased logistical efficiencies. Adam has a unique insight into the day-to-day challenges that can impact the overall operation of a business. He strives to resolve his clients’ issues by first understanding their business needs, focusing on removing any obstacles, and creating a customized solution while delivering open and transparent communication.
Adam applies his experience combined with his advanced business education to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice. He has been in the client’s shoes, so he understands their needs first-hand. In his transactional practice, Adam drafts and negotiates contracts, represents clients in M&A transactions, and advises on general legal matters. His healthcare practice focuses on representing physicians, physical therapists, dentists, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants.
Adam received his law degree from the University of Missouri School of Law. He also has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Missouri’s Trulaske College of Business. As a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Adam spent the first five years of his professional career as a U.S. Army officer. He is an Iraq war veteran and has a passion for helping veteran-owned businesses.
